How Much Water To Drink?
How much water should one drink? Most advices tell you to drink 6-8 cups a day. While it is generally true, but the amount of water one should drink depend on a few factors: the person's weight, the climate one lives in, under what condition one works, how much activity one involves in a day, etc. As a general rule, under normal condition, you should drink one half of your body's weight in ounce. If you weight 120 lb. then you should drink at least 60 ounces of water (not sodas, coffee or even tea count as water. If you work or live in hot climate when you sweat a lot, then drink even more than the normal amount. This goes the same for working out, playing sport or are in air conditioned/heated environment for a while. |

I know I don't drink that much water. Thanks for the advise. I have been told that if you drink from a glass it is easier to drink more water than if you drink from a bottle.
